This session is designed to help me understand your current health status and unique needs so that I can create personalized nutrition and wellness recommendations to help you reach your goals. We’ll take a deep dive into your medical history, relationship with food, eating habits, stress levels, wellness goals, and more. Come prepared to get into it!

Follow-up coaching session

$150 (30 minutes)

Let’s check in! During your first follow-up we’ll review your personalized nutrition and wellness recommendations and make any necessary adjustments. Follow-up sessions are designed to provide accountability, debunk nutrition fads, answer questions, and support you as you make lifestyle adjustments.

6 Week Reset

$750 (6 week program)

The 6-week reset is designed to help you lean out, but more importantly to understand your individual body’s needs. If you’re struggling with weight fluctuation, brain fog, chronic stomach pain, bloating, chronic fatigue — this program is for you. For 6 weeks, you’ll focus on fueling your body with clean protein, health fat, and lots of vegetables.
